Salon Policies

To our treasured guests, please read our salon policies. We have made these available to you so that all of our guests can have the best experience possible at MarDon Salon.

No Show/Late Cancellation

 (After 10-minute grace period, guest may have to reschedule)

First Occurrence

Reminder email with dates missed

Second Occurrence

Reminder email with dates and times missed, along with a $15 fee posted to your account

Third Occurrence

Final email with all dates and times of missed appointments, a $25 fee posted to guest’s account, and guest will be converted to “Walk-in Appointment Only Eligibility”.


Discount Policies

10% Program

We offer a 10% discount to our guests that reschedule while they are still at MarDon, and KEEP that appointment (in exception of same day rescheduling). Guest will lose this discount if you do not show or if appointment is rescheduled.

Two Week Program

This program is for our male guests that pre-book for every two weeks, and the future appointment must be made while guest is still at the Salon. Guest will lose this discount if they cancel or reschedule their initial appointment (in exception of same day rescheduling). Once a 2-week appointment is missed, guest will not be eligible for the 2-week price at the next appointment, and will be required to pay full price.

Double Discounts

You cannot combine any discount or coupon with another discount/coupon.

False Allegations

MarDon Salon has the right to pursue legal action against anyone who posts false accusations in their online reviews of MarDon’s services. Anything that is posted as “fact” can be used in court.
